Certa Ireland has come on board as Gold Sponsor of the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards 2027, supporting a programme that has recognised the outstanding achievements of Irish logistics and transport businesses since its establishment in 2010.
Ireland's largest fuel supplier and a pioneer in sustainable energy solutions, Certa operates a vast national delivery fleet alongside 49 pay@pump forecourts and 29 home heating depots. The company is leading the transport industry's green transition by moving its entire fleet to Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) biofuel. Part of DCC Energy, Certa combines more than 40 years of commercial expertise with a firm commitment to carbon reduction and logistical excellence.
In a sector where fleet management, delivery performance, and sustainability in logistics are increasingly inseparable, Certa's work speaks directly to the challenges facing Ireland's transport operators. Its sponsorship reflects a natural alignment with a programme dedicated to recognising operational efficiency and innovation across the supply chain.
Certa Ireland joins ISM Recruitment & Training, AIB, Maersk Contract Logistics, Manna Air Delivery, HSI Skillko, Flexistaff Recruitment, Excel Recruitment, and Hub Packaging as Gold Sponsors of the 2027 programme. Further support comes from the Freight Transport Association Ireland, the Irish International Freight Association, and Amárach Research as Supporters. Meanwhile, The Irish Times serves as Communications Partner.
The 2027 programme spans 33 categories covering the full breadth of the sector, from End-to-End Logistics Provider of the Year, Excellence in Warehousing, and Last Mile Delivery Company of the Year to Fleet Digitisation, Green Supply Chain Excellence, and Sustainability in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. People-focused categories including Women in Logistics and Transport, Rising Star of the Year, and Driver of the Year ensure individual contributors receive equal recognition alongside established operators.
The awards gala is scheduled for 4 March 2027 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin Airport, where winners will be recognised before hundreds of senior executives from across Ireland's logistics, freight, and transportation community.
Explore categories, meet the judges, and submit your entry until 23 October 2026 at the official Irish Logistics & Transport Awards website, and subscribe to the newsletter for more updates.
