Claire Percy, Head of External Affairs at Dublin Port, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards 2027, bringing over 20 years of communications and marketing experience across multiple geographies and sectors to one of Ireland's most established logistics and transport recognition programmes.

Percy leads the communications function at Dublin Port, Ireland's busiest port and a critical node in the national logistics infrastructure, where her team works to deepen public and stakeholder understanding of the port's role in national supply chain management and the wider economy.

That position at the heart of Ireland's most significant freight and transport gateway gives her a perspective on the logistics and transport industry that is both strategically informed and operationally grounded, shaped by daily engagement with the policy, commercial, and community dimensions of port and logistics operations.

Her career across real estate, education, and professional services broadens that perspective further, giving her a cross-sector command of how communications and stakeholder engagement intersect with organisational performance and public accountability.

Moreover, her role on Dublin Port's ESG Steering Committee and oversight of its CSR programme add a sustainability dimension to her panel contribution that is directly relevant to a programme recognising excellence in green supply chain practice, sustainability in logistics, and environmental responsibility across Ireland's transport sector.

The Irish Logistics and Transport Awards 2027 spans 33 categories recognising excellence across freight, transport, supply chain, warehousing, and sustainability, from Overall Logistics and Transport Excellence and End-to-End Logistics Provider of the Year to Green Supply Chain Excellence, Technology Provider of the Year, and Women in Logistics and Transport.

Percy joins Judging Coordinator Declan Allen of TU Dublin, Seamus Kavanagh of the Irish International Freight Association, Michael O'Callaghan of IPICS, Dr Sourav Sengupta of Trinity College Dublin, Maurice Brady of TU Dublin, and Philip Tracey of Ace Express Freight.

The awards gala will take place on 4 March 2027 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, with entries closing on 16 October 2026.
