Work has started on the £28m transformation of a derelict 15-acre brownfield site in Bilston into Foundry Business Park — a modern logistics and industrial hub set to create up to 330 jobs. Developed by Goold Estates in partnership with the City of Wolverhampton Council and supported by £12.5m from the West Midlands Combined Authority, the scheme will deliver 166,500 sq ft of high-spec units targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A. Completion is expected in spring 2026, providing sustainable, well-connected space to fuel regional business growth.
